 Extricom’s Corporate Background

Extricom was founded in mid-2002 and operated as a strategic research and development entity until early 2004. In 2004, the company began commercializing its deep patent portfolio (currently at 18 filed patents and 8 granted) into the enterprise WLAN offering that was first released in May 2005. Global sales and marketing began towards the end of 2005. Extricom has reached multi-million dollar annual revenues and built a distribution channel that now spans the Americas, Europe, and Japan. The company operates from principal offices in New York, London and Tokyo.
